Our Guidelines & Cancellation Policy

We respect our guests time and privacy. Please no additional kids or extra guests, unless being served.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel, we require giving your stylist a 24 hour notice. Should you provide notice, deposit will be applied to future appointment.

Failure to provide notice, will result in forfeiting of your deposit.

No Shows

Deposit will be forfeited.

All appointments require at least a $25 deposit, made payable to the stylist of choice.

Deposits are to be made immediately after booking of appointment. Failure to make a deposit will result in appointment cancellation.
